Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items (in new condition) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be given for items in new condition returned up to 3 months after purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking and handling charge.

Prices and Promotions

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. Though we make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, mistakes sometimes do occur. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to make corrections. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Replacement Parts Assistance

For assistance with your Frigidaire appliance, please go to www.frigidaire.ca or, to speak with a Customer Service agent, contact our Consumer Assistance Centre at 1-800-265-8352 to:
  • Request repair or service, and find a parts distributor
  • Request product literature or owner’s manual
  • Obtain information on where to purchase an appliance locally
Replacement parts warranty: During the appliance warranty period, parts used on a Frigidaire appliance to replace a part which failed under the terms of the appliance warranty are covered for the unexpired portion of the appliance warranty. After the warranty period, all replacement parts are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of installation, provided the part(s) is(are) installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation. Exceptions: Commercial applications and light bulbs are not warranted. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. For full warranty details, complete installation instructions and cut-out dimensions, please refer to literature enclosed with product.
